Chicken & Grapefruit Salad

Living in Jumeirah Beach Residence has its advantages and one of them is the Marina Yacht Club across the bridge next to the Dubai Marina Mall. Tobias Unger, the newly appointed Chef de Cuisine is now in charge of the kitchen, serving excellent seafood in a casual atmosphere with a million Dollar view! (Well, I think it is more a Billion Dollar view, and how much is still owed to banks is another story I will not go into detail).

I had such a light, tasty and fabulous salad, a grilled chicken and grapefruit salad; I could not get enough of it. No nonsense food; comfort food that is! And the grilled sea bream with wilted young spinach and semolina tart was out of this world, wonderful in flavor and excellent in texture. Got to return there for my special dietary fix of gorgeous seafood cooked to perfection.
