Tokyo @ Jumeirah Emirates Tower probably serves one of the finest Japanese Cuisine here in Dubai, located at DIFC it is enjoying a wider business clientele from abroad and local business. With its Tatami rooms, Teppanyaki tables and Sushi counters it offers a wide variety of Nippon cuisine.
Choosing a Sake for dinner is a treat since I love good Sake. My choice fell on a rare to get Kokuryu Tokusen Ginjyo from the Fukui Prefecture, a mild tasting Sake with an alcohol content of 15.5%.

Unfortunately Toro Sashimi was not available due to its world shortage of Yellow Fin Tuna, however the Susuki Sashimi was an excellent choice paired with some Ponzu. Yakitori was a pleasant treat and well executed, reminding me of some Yakitori joints in Shinjuku and Kabukicho in Tokyo. Gindara was presented nicely in a interesting bamboo dish.
