Food is like fashion; today a dish can be popular, worldwide and the following year it is not. Brulee is one such contender, no matter what you try, guests ask always for a burned crème, a Brulee. Macaroons are this year very much in fashion, basic food people know about it, love it and keep ordering. So when we created a new “Brasserie” menu for P2 in our famous Pisces seafood restaurant we selected specifically dishes known to our patrons.

Today we launched the new P2 menu! Here are some dishes.

Agreed. There are a lot of new trends like matcha green tea in pastries, carpaccio of vegetables. I love following what’s in fashion
