

Food is like fashion; today a dish can be popular, worldwide and the following year it is not. Brulee is one such contender, no matter what you try, guests ask always for a burned crème, a Brulee. Macaroons are this year very much in fashion, basic food people know about it, love it and keep ordering. So when we created a new “Brasserie” menu for P2 in our famous Pisces seafood restaurant we selected specifically dishes known to our patrons.
