Cherry tomato brulee with smoked salmon

I am not usually experimenting too much with dishes at home,I rather have it simple, things I do like to share with friends or just like to eat myself. However tomatoes are my big, all time  favorite ingredient when it comes in cooking, especially cherry tomatoes. These little things are just exploding in your mouth, the flavor can be intensive sweet to sourish, depends on the kind you buy. A brulee fits perfectly with the sweet type of cherry tomato, adding some black pepper enhances the flavor.

Switzerland is perhaps known for some of the best chocolates and chocolatiers in the world. Watches, Cheese, Banks and Chocolate made Switzerland famous. P, an old friend of mine just arrived in Dubai to setup the business of Läderach Switzerland here in Dubai.

Jürg Läderach, the founder’s son, now heads the independent business in its second generation, producing a wide range of pralines, truffles, petite pastries, confectionery and seasonal specialities as well as semi-finished convenience products for a discerning clientele.
