Nyangbo Pure Ghana Chocolate Cookies

Nyangbo Pure Ghana Chocolate from Valrhona has a very distinctive flavor and is one of my favorite chocolates due to the fact that this chocolate is one of the few from Africa.

In the south part of Ghana, growing cocoa trees has been a tradition over a century old.
It’s on this hot and sunny region, meld with its rich and humid soil whereupon grow the cacao beans to produce Valrhona’s Grand Cru de Terroir: NYANGBO Pure Ghana.
From the Gulf of Guinea beaches to the Lake Volta, the farmers harvest, on a land constantly washed by tropical storms, one of the best cocoa in Africa.
As a true mirror of its origins, NYANGBO with its shy acidity allows a round chocolate warmth note to develop; followed by a soft and sweet spiciness.
Its character is endorsed by a delicate bitter presence.

Distroyed Mother board

Ever since I attempted to install a internal 1Tb (1000 Gb) hard disk, I had a mess with my desktop computer. Custom build by a very dear friend who is an IT director in Cairo, it was obvious with all the digital files that I was running out on storage space. Having already three internal HD and three external, I decided to have the fourth HD installed by DG Sharaf in City Center, Deirah. After a couple of days I picked up the unit, took it home, hooked the CPU up and…then it started, nothing moved! Calling the DG Sharaf customer service is an experience for itself, let me tell you! Hours later I finally was told to send the unit to DG Sharaf, Time Square. There I was told after 12 days that the installed 1Tb HD was defect and because of that it destroyed not only my mother board but also the processor, memory and the C: drive! I had to replace these things which where according to the technician not under warranty and that will cost me AED 2000! Well, it took me hours and hours with customer service to make my case clear that my unit prior to the installment was in perfect working condition and only after the installation it destroyed the computers vital organs. The defect HD I should claim from the manufacturer directly I was told on top of the misery.
I do not know much about computers but I know if you install a defect wheel on your car and it damages the drive shaft, gearbox and destroys you the motor, why should you pay for all these when a faulty wheel was the cause of all that? Not so to DG Sharaf; apparently it is not to their fault installing a defect HD which in turn destroyed all other component in my CPU.

Needless to say all software and settings where lost in the process so I got to install them one by one again.

Nice of DG Sharaf, really nice; bad profit! I am surely not going back there unless I can get something from my store credit they where offering me.
