Time
September 22nd, 2008

There is just not enough time in a day; do you have sometimes the same feeling? The month of Ramadan is normally a slow month but in the industry it can get hectic to chaotic! Time to celebrate? Yup, for those who where fasting the entire month, for those who where not as usual I guess.

New year? New beginning? Yup, that’s for sure. Will move on after this month, back to the roots, back to the hotels which I love and miss, back to the real culinary world. And for once I will not move to another country, just down the long SZ road. With my mentor and guru, L, the weapon!

YES, 24hrs in one day definately is not enough. I am always feeling short on time. Out of curiosity, and if its not indiscrete, what establishment will you now be working at in Dubai? You gave one clue…it’s on SZ road…

Yes you are right , the Sugar Heads Roots is the Kitchen with the Chefs of different Countrys,the typical smell and the daily challenge, to get out the best out of the product. Nice to see you back in a proffessional Hotel Operation, Marc
