I was given the other day Tuna in a light olive oil dressing from Tunisia, arguably one of the best caned Tuna I ever tasted. Normally I would rarely buy something in a tin or jar but I was assured this Tuna is the best there is.
I therefore prepared a small snack this afternoon, Ciabatta bread, Tuna mixed with some vegies, hard boiled eggs, red onion, mayo and ketchup, salt and plenty of black pepper.

that does look like gourmet tuna!! I like that it is preserved in olive oil and not water
that type of tuna shouldn’t even need mayo (although it does look creamy and delicious)! that delicious olive oil could keep it moist along w/ the egg an veggies – I’d even add some chopped capers for some tang.
