Ever since S moved from Pai Thai (Thai Cuisine) to Al Hamra (Spanish Cuisine) I get to sample Spanish food, one of my favorite cuisine after Thai and Japanese. Even though she has been in that kitchen for not even a week she is already cooking her own dishes and that to me delight! Thai off the table, Bamboo baskets and chopsticks into the cabinet and out the Spanish tapas dishes! Bliss.
Chicken croquettes, spiced lamb sausages, poached egg and fried potatoes with tomato sauce, what else could be better than an afternoon with tapas and a cold San Miguel Beer!
Well done Nong!…or Seniorita??
Gosh it’s eight in the morning and I want tapas. Well done.
She is my hero
