Four Seasons Dubai

Four Seasons operates the Golf Club Dubai Festival City with three restaurants; Quattro, Blades and Spikes. The hotel it self is planned to open with much delays in 2010.

We went to Blades fro the Friday Brunch, arrived early but where surprised that it was not busy at all, and that on a long weekend! Regardless; service was very attentive and pleasant, typical FS style.

A few stations around the restaurant offered a good variety of foods but really nothing out of this world. Most disappointing perhaps the seafood station but all the rest was nicely presented.

The Italian chef behind the life cooking station prepared an excellent and creamy Saffron Risotto with mushroom and fresh truffles. That was indeed the highlight of our visit; the dessert buffet looked tempting but by trying the different desserts I concluded every item was overly sweet to dangerously sweet!!
