Thai Kitchen & PenBK

thaikitchen1.jpg One of the finer things in life is to indulge on good food, especially on Thai food. I could eat this cuisine day in, day out, spending hours tasting on curries, soups and salads. One such cuisine is served at the Park Hyatt Dubai at Thai Kitchen, headed by Khun Suppattra. Rather unusual, the restaurant is being build around the kitchen, in full view! Also all dished come in small portions; one finally can be able to order 10 or even more dishes without schlepping doggy bags home without feeling guilty. thaikitchen2.jpg Hyatt’s always rolls out great food and beverage concepts; Thai Kitchen is one of the leading ones I have seen so far. One feels and smells the Thai cuisine when entering the restaurant, it really feels like an experience away from Bangkok. I always will remember my two years living in Bangkok when I opened the Peninsula Bangkok as Pastry Chef. I met different Thai cuisines from all regions of Thailand; I never knew before. thaikitchen4.jpg Still, to this day I call Khun Tippawan, the Peninsula’s chef secretary my sister, she was instrumental in coordinating our hectic days during the opening stage of the hotel and giving us advise on Thai food. thaikitchen3.jpg
