Food has always been important to Thais and it seems to me eating is always on top of their priority list. Where ever one goes there is a small stand deep frying some prawns or cooking some soups in bowls. I just love the smell of the Soi’s in Bangkok. Phuket must be one of my favorite Islands in Thailand, one hours flight from Bangkok. There is a small beach called Lampsing, off the beaten track and there is Da Ali’s restaurant, on the Beach!! Ali has been living for years in Italy, therefore cooks Italian food on the beach and the best Thai food. It is just amazing to watch them how they get the best and freshest ingredients together in a wok for a meal fit for a king.
